How do residents sign up?
Residents opt in themselves at /optin/ by selecting their community and entering their mobile number. No app to install.
What happens when someone texts STOP?
All messages to that number stop immediately and globally, across every list they were subscribed to. There's no delay and no way to send them anything further until they re-subscribe.
Do you handle holiday schedule shifts?
Yes. When a municipality shifts trash pickup because of a holiday, we account for it so the reminder still goes out for the right day. The same goes for any other scheduled reminder list, like lawn care or pool hours.
What do we need to provide?
Your municipality name and household count. That's it. We handle finding the schedule and setting everything up for your approval.
